The impregnation of stators and rotors based on the modern vacuum and pressure system with solvent-free polyester varnish (resins) is vital to the Eletrofam standard. They are maintained in a cooled reservoir with a stirrer which keeps temperatures at 8º C. The insulating material used is exclusively Class H high standard insulation: DUPONT (USA).
Insulated conductors are Class H (180º C) or C (Kapton 220º C).

Bandaging is carried out exclusively with Polyglass tapes, CI. H, optimum for tractive and rolling motors.
