AC motors for B.T. (220 to 500 V)

A full range of power and signal equipment as outlined in the AC motor production list with rotor rings for heavy duty work (e.g., rolling). Power rating up to 200 kW.

DC Motors and generators up to 2000 kW

Of all types and excitation systems

Rewinding and general overhaul in Class F-H and C (Kapton), including motors for heavy duty rolling.

General Mechanical Overhaul

Complete, self-owned mechanical equipment for machining, grinding, broaching, hydraulic extraction and press equipment up to 500 ton.

AC medium voltage motors (up to 6000 V)

Continuous insulation type (ISN system).

NOTE: Medium voltage B.P.I motors are not overhauled, as this will require replacement of the coil core.
Rebuilding of motor squirrel cages in copper or brass, including with shielding rings for 2-pole motors.

Dynamic balancing

Using 3 balancing machines with highly sensitive digital computers, capacity for up to 4000 kg, up to 1000 kg and up to 10 kg, respectively, according to DIN standards.
